DME AND flight info

I don't have our flights yet for OCT but can I just pick a morning flight for our day of arrival now just to get our DME yellow tags and then get my flight later when the price is better?

exp: use a 10:00 am flight to get tags now and then get my real flight later for the same day.

Sure. When actually make flight plans, be sure to let DME know the info...especially for the return flight. THey need to have the correct info then to get you back to MCO on-time.
