We are flying into to MCO late on a Sat Feb 24th. We are going to stay the night at the Hyatt MCO. Can we get the Disney Magial Express in the morning? We are going to BWV. Also, how early do they start running?

DME is basically running 24/7. If you stay at the Hyatt, then just give a flight number of a flight coming in around the time you will want to leave the airport. Say you want to leave MCO about 9:00, tell them you are arriving on a flight that arrives at 8:30ish. You will have to take your luggage with you on the bus though. If you are staying on DVC points, MS will make the DME arrangements for you. Otherwise, have CRO make them for you. They will need the flight number, arrival time.

We did what Goofy4tink recommended. We arrived at MCO at midnight and checked into the Hyatt. Previously, I had set up DME for a flight arriving at 9am the next morning. We ate a nice breakfast in the airport and then made our way down to the DME busses. It worked just great. And yes, we did not use the DME luggage tags.
