Hi,
i am very tempted but how much money are we talking about, and how many points are needed for dlrp hotels. We almost attended a presentation for Marriot in Dlrp it looked fantastic but we were talking 3/4 hours out of our holiday and time just flew by. The maintenance on disney points seems expensive but it depends on what you can do with them. Realistically WDW is a few and far between experience but DLRP is at least once a year for 1 week and also for 'other' holidays
thanks in advance

DVC is best used for staying in WDW (or Dsney's Hilton Head Island and Vero Beach Resorts) most of the time. That's not to say it isn't possible to use your points elsewhere, but the points system is weighted in favour of the DVC resorts.
