DLR Snowballing: A 3 in 1 PTR

I just wanted to give a quick update about what's been going on in my life and why I haven't been posting in this thread. My brother-in-law had a heart attack just after we returned from DLR. It was a small heart attack (if you can call any heart attack small) but it has been a tough time for my family. My BIL is home, resting and recovering and things seem to be settling down. I hope to start my trip report soon!

Oh my gosh that's terrible. If you notice in my ticker (not the one about to happen), I have mentioned Arline. She is a dear friend who had a heart attack early in June. Hers was also a "mild" heart attack, but I completely understand even a small or mild one is a major life change, but there are levels and at least small is better than "massive".

She lives in the "sticks" so we've actually had to help her out with her post recovery care and she is staying with us right now because we got her an appointment with a Cardiologist around here. I completely understand how it can take up your time. Since you ladies actually have jobs, dealing with something like this can take up all your free time outside of work.

Good luck and I look forward to hearing your part of the weekend. I'm almost done recapping, in fact I'm just about to write up the part of the weekend where we all hung out together! That was really fun! We'll have to do it again some time!
