I am back from DLR and soem things keep popping up on board questions so I checked them out.
Cars
Mater and Lightning McQueen are found in Condor Flats every day at about 10 am - 5 pm. They are solid objects shaped like the characters and their windhields have a fixed pair of eyes that move back and forth in unison. Photopass is there and you can take pictures. This is an official meet and greet. They do not honk or talk to guests. It is located to the east of the shop and across from Soarin'. As you walk into Condor Flats from Sunshine Plaza it is the first thing on your left.
Aladdin & Jasmine
This is not on the schedule. It is regular though. They also have opened up the courtyard to the east of the Jungle Cruise exit and disabled entrance. I checked with a CM on this. I saw Aladdin and Jasmine who was wearing her aqua colored robe.
Big Thunder Ranch
Facing the ranch you will see a path on the left, a big white turkey, and a path on the right. The petting Zoo has goats and can be reached via the left path. I did not go into the dinner area that is via the path on the right. There are a regular and a low level washtub along with water and hand sanitizers at the petting zoo. Guests may visit the Ponderosa/whatever building that some of you remember from back when they had the old Big Thunder Ranch. Nice spot to set. There is also Maggie the cow and some old farm equipment and stuff. The CM verified that for now Chip and Dale will be regularly appearing at the left path which is the petting zoo and free. Chip and Dale are dressed in western outfits. The petting zoo entrance is on your right just as you enter and you may miss it as you walk past it. Petting zoo is not for wheelchairs, strollers, etc.

Check that thread for more info. They are dark on Monday this week so still waiting to see how the scheduling went.
The Fairy Godmother was in the Carnation Gardens area today and Donald was in front of the Opera trying to get in and was banging on the doors. Pixie Hallow from the 13th to 16th open 9 am to 5 pm and the parks open at 8 am. Princess Fantasy Faire is open 9 am to 6 pm. Dapper Dans are from 10:30 am to last show at 5:30 pm.
