We rode LMAUA on Thurs/Fri/Sat, we were staying at the Grand Cali:

Thursday afternoon: 2:30pm. Line was 15 mins - line completely contained within the building/shade structure.

Friday morning: 9:30am. Line for non-Disney hotel guests was from the main building enterance, the entire shade structure and a huge line outside on the main walkway. We showed our room keys and were 'ushered' to the main enterance door (aka the FastPass line - not signed in any way - just ask a CM)

Saturday: afternoon: repeat of Thursday, but the line was 20 mins.

Sunday: a repeat of Friday, at one point the line was over an hour long in the morning. The pic below was taken @ 11:06am Sunday.
