DLR at Halloween Time

I never went to DLR Halloween Time. Are guest allowed to get dressed up or is it just the kids that do? Do guest actually do it?

You can only dress up as an adult if you go to Mickey's Trick or Treat Party which is a separate event in DCA. During the day the usual costume rules apply.

During the parties adults and kids are dressed up, yes.

They do have rules when it comes to dressing up as a Disney character if you're an adult though; something about taking photos with kids and signing autographs is what you're not allowed to do, which makes sense
