Hi

Is there any way of finding out when pin events are on at DLP in advance??? Or are they only announced on that month's pin release flier??Thanks:thumbsup2

The pin trading nights are announced on the flyer with the releases. The June one is on June 28.

The next PTN is July 20. That info is from a CM at Pueblo from Sunday.

Thank you.:thumbsup2 So its looking like they are towards the end of the month. We're going 11-15 September so will have to keep fingers crossed!:goodvibes

Unless they do something going along with the WDW pin event on September 13 it is highly unlikely you'll catch an event, sorry. The PTNs are 99 percent of the time the last Friday of the month, if there is one that month that is.

Thanks Vala that's definitely worth keeping in mind with the PTNs.:thumbsup2

Do cast members wear lanyards to trade - just like DL and WDW?
Trying to make sure I pack my pins to trade if they do!
Thanks!

Yes, they do. But you may come across things that you don't know from DL and WDW, like CMs refusing to trade or insisting they get to choose what pin to trade for.

Thank you so much for the fast reply.

That's going to take some getting used to!

Usually I keep my trading pins on my park purse, and my lanyard is my display. I worked hard collecting my lanyard - hopefully this won't be an issue.
Yikes!

Any advice on DLP trading etiquette that differs from what from I am used to, other than they might want to pick the pin, or refuse to trade?

I'd reconsider wearing a display lanyard, unless you can live with being refused a trade when you don't want to give up something from the lanyard.

Be ready for anything, that's about the best advice I have.
