DLH Pre-Check-in?

It's been so long since I've stayed at the DLH, but do they have pre-check-in like they do if you stay onsite at WDW? Or is it like the regular hotels where you just show up.

No check in available before you physically arrive but you can check into any of the resort hotels as early as 6am on the day of your arrival. You can check in, check your bags at the bell desk and they will give you your room keys then text you with your room number once it is ready in the afternoon.

My boyfriend and I just stayed at DLH this past Saturday and I called to see if we could check in early (around 9:30), when I actually arrived to check in around 10:30 a room was ready with a pool view in the Fantasy tower just like I wanted. It was nice to not have to wait until 3pm for a room to be available, but they did say if one hadn't been available they would have given us the room keys and then text us as soon as it was ready.
