DL vacation planning services????

Hi, so I got the email address of the DL planning services....I emailed them 48 hours ago. I keep anxiously awaiting any kind of reply, but nothing.

Did I use the correct email address? I used vacationplanning@disneyonline.com
to ask about making dining reservations, tour reservations, basket in the room. I thought I'd hear back sooner than this.

How long does it usually take for a response?? (that is, if I used the correct email address ) I am trying to plan for a March 07 stay at the GF.

In my experience, calling will get you much better and faster service. But then I'm a phone kinda person anyways.

1-714-300-7526 is the number , I got my list of baskets as I spoke to them on the phone.
