DL ticket policy...HELP!

Hi all, need your help If I pre purchase a 3 day park hopper through Disney online (which is around $160) Then if it so happens that my grandmother goes on our trip with, she can get the military deal ($99). Can I use my purchased park hopper towards the military pass and get the difference in price back? Maybe in a Disney gift card?
I hope this makes sense.
I need help TODAY! We go next week and the prices will go up tomorrow

Check the back of the ticket. If it says (as most do) "non-refundable" then no, you can't. In general, you can apply a $99 ticket toward the cost of a $160 ticket but I have never heard of a case in which Disney opts to give you money back for a ticket.

I don't think you can get money back. If you haven't purchased the 3day park hopper yet wait and use your grandmother's military deal. If you have purchased the 3day park hopper pass they are usually non refundable. I hope this helps.

The basic answer is no. Could you get lucky and have a CM who sprinkles some pixie dust and makes an exception? Yes. Would I count on it? No.

Years ago after 9/11 they had an amazing special for firefighters. We had pre-purchased tickets. I called Guest Services and the CM said we could mail in our Hoppers for a full refund and buy the ff txt at the gate. It all worked out.
