DL/RoseBowl week

We will be doing DL during the week of the RoseBowl parade and going up to Pasadena for that on New Years morning. We have to be parked by 6am - any suggestions as to what time we have to leave to get there from the Hyatt in Anaheim (considering parade traffic/etc.) and route to take? Also, any other suggestions regarding New Years Eve celebration at DL or other welcomed!!

I have no clue about what time in order to drive up yourself - the year we did this - we had tickets to ride a bus - seems like we were at the pickup point like 4 am or so - you will just love this parade - have a great time!

I wasn't quite sure from the last post--did you have tickets for a bus that left from the Disney area? If we go, I'm trying to figure out the best way to get to Pasadena from Disney without a car. Any suggestions?

We have a rental car. I haven't heard of a bus unless it is w/ a package. We were told by the Rose Bowl people that we should leave by 4-4:30am to be sure we are parked by the 6am deadline.

We had a package with one of the local city Chamber of Commerce - my aunt and uncle who live in the area got them for us - can't remember the price per person
