Does anyone have a CM extension that you recommend? I just called and spoke with 2 cast members that were not very helpful in helping me find a dates and prices. Very odd as I have never had a problem in the past

We all call the same number and go through the numbers to get a CM for a reservation.
It's Luck of the Draw for a CM.
To find what you're after you might be best to go to the website and search for your self.

Are you assuming the information they are giving you is not correct? Are you able to find availability on their website for the dates and they are saying there is nothing available? I am not sure how you know that another CM is going to be able to give you the answers you are hoping for.

The rate I need I have to call. I will just call back, so disappointed after the awesome experience I had last time

Like said above, it's hit and miss. Maybe try calling at a completely different time so you get a different shift of CMs? I've had wonderful experiences with Disney CMs and lousy experiences, you just never know. But I get it, it's extra disappointing to get a CM who is grouchy after you've experienced a top notch CM.
