I'm wondering about the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage at the Disneyland park. How different is the 'alternate experience' from the regular one? We'll have my mom, who cannot do stairs and will be using a wheelchair, as well as my husband, who falls easily and will be using an ECV, in our group. I was just wondering if our whole group should just plan on doing the alternate experience, or if we should plan on most of the rest of us and the kids doing the regular ride. Is there a difference in wait time between the two?

Thanks!

The accessible experience is basically a themed room you sit in and watch what you would be seeing out the window of the sub. Generally you can just wheel up and ask for the accessible experience. I doubt most kids would really be interested in it. If they want to ride the subs it is apparently worth the wait. I have never been in them (I cant get in there either).

There is a similar accessible experience for the Sleeping Beauty Castle, which i have heard is actually better than the walk through.
