DL-Pixie opening times/Toontown opening?

DL opens at 8am this Monday Jan 19th and was wondering if anyone knew when the Pixie Landing would open? Where would I go to see what entertainment is scheduled? (not talking fireworks, more like when Toontown opens and Pixie)

Then, on Tuesday Jan 20th DL opens at 10am so what time would be likely for opening?
