Yep, it's very hot right now. It was close to (if not at) 100 near Disneyland today. The good part s that there are lots of places to stay cool at DL. There are lots of shady areas, as well as places to cool off for a while with A/C. Also, the heat breaks around 6:30pm / 7:00pm. Making it comfortable. That said, the car thermometer said it was still in the 80s when I was driving home from a friend's not too far from the Park tonight at about 9:30pm. I would have loved an evening swim tonight!
It's not unbearable if you come prepared and take it slow, but it's hot out there. A week ago we had the heater on - the last few days, it's been the A/C in our house all day long.
The good news it, as stated above, iit's supposed to drop the rest of the week. Just our weird Spring So Cal weather that has become common the last few years.

I asked a few days ago about weather in June and everyone said it wasn't that bad. Now I'm starting to get
! I can't handle extreme heat either, and that's why we always go in December or January. But this year I bought an AP, so this trip is so I can feel validated about buying it like I'm getting my money's worth.
I take a lot of asthma and allergy meds and some of my asthma meds say I should stay out of the sun. Would I look like a freak if I walked around with an umbrella in the park to block out some of the sun?
We will be ready tho, with our sunscreen, water bottles and tank tops on! And maybe I'll get us some little hand held fans, those things can be lifesavers!
