DL in early June?

I am thinking of taking the kids back to DLR in early June. Like the 3rd-7th or so. How packed do you think it will be? We usually go during our spring break, but I would love a quick trip before the summer gets into full swing. School lets out the Friday before Memorial Day, and I am on call Mem. Day, so that week (3-7) would be the earliest we could make it. I am thinking that not all schools will be out, and Nemo will not have opened yet, so maybe the crowds won't be too bad. Or am I just fooling myself? Thanks for your opinion!!!

Typically you see a lot of school groups then. But I think overall, crowds are pretty decent. We had friends who always used to go from Memorial Day through the next weekend and they loved it. And to me the key point here is that Nemo will not be open yet! As much as I look forward to riding it later in June, I wish I was going before it opened in some ways!

When you check into hotels if there is plenty of availablity and the rates are decent, that should be a good sign. In any case, I think it will be better than your normal spring break time frame. And there should be less in the way of ride rehabs.
