DL GWP map question

I have the original Disneyland Gift With Purchase map and several pins on it. I was wondering how many there were in the set.

I have the:

"D" pin
Mickey Face
Train Engine
Race Car
Teacup
Mailbox
Canoe
Saxaphone
and Hippo


Are there any more?
