I recently renewed mine, but heard from a friend that she got her renewal in the mail, and the price has gone up again to $279 for 2 parks. There is a renewal discount, but one person said it was $20, and another said it was more than that (same price as previous renewal $205). I think it all depends on your renewal date. For us, we only paid the $205 because our renewal date was at the beginning of March. However, I have been to DL this weekend, and I did not see the prices changed on the ticket booths, nor did I get any notice of the price change. It would be interesting to find out when the price change takes effect.

I didn't renew mine, simply because of planning to
go on the pin cruise, and other things that BF and I
are planning this year, I wasn't positive I'd be able
to get over there again this year... but now I'm
wishing I had, as my renew date was right before the
increase...

It will definitely factor in to whether I decide to ever
get another. Even tho I'm in Arizona, I used to go
up to 4 times a year for atleast 3-4 days each. It
really paid for itsself, and since I always self drive,
the parking and the Premium discount was awesome
too - since I used to buy so many pins to trade and
stuff!

I don't understand why the change tho... they have
only added one new ride (HTH), and I cannot see
the justification of raising prices to that extent! If
I was going to get something special for the anniversary
next year, like a free LE box set or something ultra
cool, maybe... but I just cannot see how they can
justify the price!

I think the price increase was done with no good reason...........it has shot up and we only have 2 parks to WDWs 4. The cost of WDW is 379.00 for 4 parks and LR is 2 parks at 279.00. We are getting alot less fopr our money.

Well, I'm really glad I renewed my family's passes today!:D
3 Adult Premium Passes at $205 = $615, instead of 3 x $279 =$837. So I guess I saved $222! :earseek:

Wow! At those prices, I don't know if I'll get premium passes for all of us next year.
