And by the way. . why is it I've seen so much more anger aimed at fellow Americans who dare disagree with the military action in Iraq then Saddam and bin Laden put together? Just curious. . [/B]
I don't think it's because they disagree, it's HOW they disagree.
Maybe it's because there is a lot of anger (not just disagreement) coming from the anti-war (or should I say anti-Bush) side.
Maybe it's because law abiding citizens don't law the anti-war (or should I say anti-Bush) protesters illegally blocking traffic.
I saw a video clip of an anti-anti-war protester being verbally (you couldn't hear the words but you could see the words F U being mouthed out) attacked. All this guy was doing was walking around among the anti-war protesters with BIG American flag and a sandwich board sign on that said that he supported the troops. He also had a big smile on his face.
Maybe it's because the anti-war protesters were displaying signs like "We support our troops when they shoot their commanders".
Maybe it's because the anti-war protesters are violent.
How many video clips of pro-troop/ pro-war demonstrations did you see where protesters were arrested? Or the the riot police had to hose them back or use other riot controls on them?
Don't bother looking, you won't find any.
Now compare that to that to the number of times anti-war (or should I say anti-Bush) protesters were arrested or the riot police had to act to get them to become more "peaceful"?
Call me stupid, but I think that a normal person could get angry at those anti-war protesters.
