Dive In Movies

I just booked a trip for my 13 yr old niece and I. We will be staying at RPR. I've read about the Dive In movies. Does anyone know if they still do that? If so, how do I find out the schedule? What nights do they have them? What movies do they show?

Dive in movies run at all three on-site properties. The schedule changes depending on the season. The movie schedule can be obtained by calling concierge or front desk the week of your vacation. It's high season right now so most likely at least 3 nights will be showing a dive-in movie.

Stayed at the RPR last year the second week of June. The movies were every night. My kids loved it and are excited to go again this year.

There was an icecream window by the pool two weekends ago when I was there.

The movies they had when I was there were: Despicable me, Mama Mia, I think I saw that one of the other nights they had Goonies (never die! lol), Harry Potter movies

What time do the movies usually start?

If I remember corectly, I want to say 8:30, it has to be dark enough for it to show on the screen so maybe it will be later in the summer when the sun sets later?

Yes, the ice cream hut was open even Sunday night.
The movies did start at 8:30, but like someone has already said, they will get adjusted slightly as dark arrives later.
