We didnt have to wait long, and soon we were seated at a table overlooking the lagoon. It was a gorgeous view.

I ordered a Welsh Dragon -- at that point in the day, I knew I needed something for my nerves. I even whispered to Charles, Mommy needs a very strong drink! It was delicious and so was the bread!

from my september 2008 trip....
we parked at the beach club again and entered through england where we did some shopping!
from our april/may 2008 trip......
we checked in at the rose and crown after our shopping and were seated almost immediately. we had a nice table right on the water. this was my view......
and this was ray's view.......
i decided it was time for an adult beverage since ray was already 2 ahead of me. i got a welsh dragon - peach schnapps, melon liqueur, creme de menthe, orange juice and pineapple juice. it was GOOD!
shortly after drinks came the bread.......good stuff!
That's too funny! I did remember you taking the picture with the Alice dress -- which made me laugh when Chelsea suggested doing it, and we ate at Rose and Crown because of your TR -- after reading it, I knew we HAD to eat there! I had no idea though that we practically sat at the same table and took the same pictures. Great minds do think alike! Oh poor Connor and his KP ordeal...and poor you on having to deal with another meltdown. Thankfully Charles was able to deal with this one - and that you all had a nice night once it was taken care of.
I so gotta try to the R&C at some point, that bread looks YUMMY!
