awww....I actually think TT is just fast. RRC is more "scary". But the fast part of TT is so short, and outside, it's just fun!

I agree. The thrill for me about RnR was not knowing what was happening because it's in the dark. Honestly, I think TT is much less of a thrill ride. Don't get me wrong, it's fun but really it would be like driving down the highway in a convertible

Still got a bit of catching up to do but wanted to pop in and tell you I was here.

Funny how the kid's ailments come and go sometimes isn't it? I know my guys have a headache everytime some of my favorite old school tunes come on the radio. It disapears pretty quickly once the station is changed.

What a great night! Sorry about TT. I love that ride but my DH has yet to ride it. He said he would rather people watch....

What a fun dismeet! My DH is also not to fond of the idea of meets but I wouldn't have been so nice as to let him duck out on me.

Chelsea was complaining of a stomach ache (probably from eating all that steak at dinner), so as we walked towards World Showcase, I told her, “Look, you have a reputation on the DIS boards for being bright and sparkly. I need you to be bright and sparkly.” Luckily, her stomach ache seemed to disappear as we walked through Mexico and Norway.

Oh Gosh Jackie-that sounds just like something I would say...

We all have our chicken out of ride moments...I haven't done Everest yet-I'm doing this next month for sure, DS wants to do RnR coaster with mommy-and I don't want to let him down...right......I've always wanted to do ToT but honestly the thought of that free fall... Why exactly is that fun...

gosh I feel bad, Im not even half way threw with my TR. I need to get to working on it. Things have been sooo busy lately and a lot has been going on. I am going to try and work on it tonight, but no promises.

It's okay to chicken out on a ride - sometimes it's even a good thing! You got to really enjoy the evening and just relax. I've forced myself to go on a couple rides in the past and sometimes I've regretted it...like Mission:Space! Ugh!

After the kids and Charles met back up with me, we decided to forego Soarin’ for the time being -- I didn’t want to be late meeting up with Anita, Marc, and Baylor. Charles decided to head back to AKL (anyone surprised) -- he is really shy around new people, so I think he became a DIS meet chicken.

I don't think any of these guys look like Charles....

As you can tell, we just got back, I see Shocker has been up to his usual shenanigans.....

How fun a DIS meet for the fireworks! My DH would've high-tailed it out of there, too, he thinks this whole DIS thing is so strange. Oh, well, isn't he the one missing out! By the way, I've started my DD(12) reading your report, she's really enjoying it. I think she likes seeing another girl her age doing all the things that she can't wait to do herself! Looking forward to reading what's next.
