Well I lurked as you planned this years trip but only occasionally as with our big Christmas trip I knew I wouldn't be able to go again so soon. However this year's family trip will be in October and we are getting annual passes on that trip so we can make 2 trips in 2012. One of our 2012 trips is planned for the first week of March so it looks like I can go with you guys this year just by flying down a few days before the boys join me for our family trip.

For those that don't know me I am Sherri and I grew up in Ventura County California, raised my 3 older kids in Mesa, Arizona and now live the country life in Malta Montana just 50 miles from the Canadian border living my dream life with my wonderful husband and our most wonderful 6 year old son Colton. I am also a grandmother of two wonderful little girls (yikes I am only 43) My husband & I run a small film company up here and spend lots of time with our horses and other animals.

I spent most of my life with frequent (at least yearly) trips to DL while living in California & Arizona but after the longest stretch of my life (8 years!) returned to DLR Christmas 2010 and now have 3 more trips to plan for Halloween 2011, March 2012 and Late Summer 2012. Well make that four with the Divas trip being right before our March trip they are almost one but I will count the Divas as a fourth experience if not an actual 4th trip.

I am really excited to get to know those of you I have not met yet and LOVE that you are all planning for next year already as the planning is half the fun.

Glad you will be able to make the next trip, and that you have more trips planned to Disneyland after 8 years. Whew, that was a long time to be away! I bet you missed it a lot.

My name is Beth. I started the planning for these trips back in November of '07 and while I didn't attend this past trip I have been on all the previous ones, and I am so excited that we are already on the planning for our 5th annual trip! It's nice to meet you. If you have a photo you'd like me to add to the front page, let me know and I'd be happy to do so.

Oh, and by the way, my girls would love your life. They love the outdoors, animals and horses especially!

Hmmmm, that's what I'm wondering too. The tag fairy has been MIA from our group for a while now. I think we are long over do for a visit.

What kind of kitchen flooring do you have? I have ceramic tile and keeping it clean is a pain. I've been thinking about getting a steam cleaner. Do they work good without much effort? If so that's what I'll be getting.

Ceramic tile here. LOVE my Shark! If I want a little extra cleaning power, I have a squirt bottle with a vinegar/water mix that I will use as I steam. I will hit the spills on the floor that SOMEONE (why are men BLIND to spills?) never wipes up with the vinegar and let it loosen them up before I steam over them too.

A "birthday" present exchange!

At least that was the idea presented (an un-birthday party theme and a birthday present exchange) which I really love! It was Cheryl's idea - so creative! Such a FUN theme for the M&G!)

Quiet coyotes.

That's what I was thinking, but a birthday present could be ANYTHING..... gift cards, alcohol, bubble bath.... maybe a gift with a theme? Like a birthday design on it or something Disney themed? Are any of the Disney movies celebrating a big birthday next year? Hmmmm...

And is it bad that I am already entertaining ideas of what I want to bring for the snack table next year?

Tried to do a quick look back on all I've missed since last night. I woke up in a funk this morning and I'm not sure why I'm feeling so down today.
