Hi Cynthia! Good to see you posting here. I'm Beth, and wasn't on the last trip, but I saw some pics of you and Becci. I was lucky enough to get to spend time with Becci the year prior and had a blast, so any friend of Becci's has to be great! Can't wait to meet you on the next one.

When is your cruise in October? I'm asking because I'm doing the 7 day on the Splendor (Carnival Cruise line) leaving on October 30th out of Long Beach.

We were going on the DCL Oct 30...but there have been some things come up. I got the part of Janet in Rocky Horror Picture Show that opens the weekend before. Just a hint, DO NOT try out for Janet in The Rocky Horror Picture show if you have never seen the movie. Wow - I am still in shock. I am gonna have to be drunk to pull off the second act!!

If anybody else would like one (or a new one) just let me know.

Baked potatoes are at the counter service by the princess theatre. They have corn on the cobb to and hot dogs with sauerkraut. Hope this helps. Didn't try on last visit even though I had intended to. Don't travel with my daughter first 3 days she would not let us stop to eat. ( I finally had to sneak off ). Last 3 days we stopped what seemed like every 30 mins for snacks.

The bbq chicken baked potato has become my must have Disneyland food. Then, they have a broccoli and cheese sauce potato, and I'm pretty sure they have a standard bacon, sour cream type one.

Just I've gotten two job rejection letters this week which has me a little down, but hey, it's a holiday weekend, and we're headed to beautiful Priest Lake for 4 days of FUN in the SUN! Talk about a great way to cheer up!

Guess I'll end up being the ultimate substitute teacher this next school year - haha.

That's okay though because it leaves my schedule open for our Ladies trip.

I was wondering the same thing. So I Googled it and Troubadour Tavern is the little snack place near the PFF on the side there.
Last time I ate there it was still called Enchanted Cottage.

Anyway, they sell different types of baked potatoes:
Baked Potato: Bacon and Sour Cream - potato topped with Butter, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, Bacon Bits, and Chives - $6.29
Baked Potato: Barbecue Chicken - potato topped with Tender Chicken with a Sweet and Tangy Barbecue Sauce - $6.29

Happy Saturday, Divas. Everyone else here is snoring, so I'm enjoying a little quiet time with my coffee. The sun is actually shining here this morning (I know, I about fell off my chair too!). It's still quite chilly, but hopefully it will warm up a bit later on. Maybe enough to go to White Rock and have fish and chips for dinner??? I'm crossing my fingers!

OKay, here is a quick revision based on what was posted by Linda, Sarah, Mel, etc.

I think we can all agree Thursday is pretty much set. After all, with various arrival times, and the Meet and Greet, there's not much wiggle room there. So that's one day set.

Also, I REALLY think we need a group photo op on Sunday. I know for some of you it's a pain in the butt to be pulled away from what you're doing to pose for a photo, but to me that's sort of the point of these group trips. I love the group photos the most, so I don't think one a day is too much to ask. But tell me if I'm wrong.

The only problem with a Sunday photo is that people are flying back out and some might only have 3 day hoppers (like me) which will be used up by then. If we do a Sunday photo, it should be EARLY in the day and be in a non-ticket area like DTD or the Grand or the Esplanade maybe?

Hehe. Here's my second campaign button Threw it together kind of fast but it works, lol. The color comes out differently with the extra stuff to make the button 'pop'. Hmph. Methinks I should tinker with it again, lol.

For....? You mean for the hunt? The meals? Sorry, I'm having a blonde moment. lol I do have one already for roommates, which gives an idea of who's going. Meal sign-ups should probably wait a bit since those plans tend to get moved around.
We could start sign-ups for the Meet and Greet. It would be good to know who's going to that so the committee has some idea of how many people to expect. That will help them figure out which location to use.

It is so stinkin' hot today! It would be great to own a pool right about now. The good thing about working with high school students at church is that they have youth group pool parties (like tonight) and need staff to help. Oh darn! You mean I need to come hang out in the pool and watch the kids?

Our yard sale went oh-kay this morning...we only raised $100. It was dead with the holiday weekend. This ebayer came by and was trying to talk me out of stuff for super cheap. He was making me mad - I know how much stuff sells for too and he kept offering way low. He even bought something, had his helper put in the truck and then kept saying that he paid me when he didn't. THankfully he finally gave me the money and got out of there!
