Distance from POR to POFQ

Newby to the site and WDW...If we stay at POR AB and DH and I want to stroll over to PORFQ for beignets and coffee, how long will it take? Is it a feasible "stroll"? Other methods of transportation rec? Thank you!!

It shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes! You can also catch a ride on the ferry - it stops at POFQ as well as going to DTD!

Totally feasible, done it several times. there is a pleasant walkway by the river. It's not far at all, and very beautiful!

The walkway is exactly one mile. If you time it right the boat will take less time than the walk but the walk is only about 10-15min so not bad at all.

I have used that walk MANY times to walk off the beignets.

We did this on our last trip in Sept. and really enjoyed it.
We ate Beignets then took a dip in the pool and Hot tub.

It took us about 5 mins. but we were in the Mansions section.
It may take 10 min. from AB section.
We enjoy a morning visit at POFQ so much that we
booked there for this years trip.

I'm just hoping the beignets are AS good as the ones in N'awlins....

I've only had them at Cafe du Monde and the New Orleans airport. So hopefully, they'll be as good )

Yes, the walk is very doable complete with very pleasant sites.

The ferry is also nice if you can time it right, though you miss seeing all the critters (animals and people alike) playing along the river.
