Are you talking about the Shula's at the Dolphin? If so, I'd give at least an hour to catch the bus to the Dolphin if you are leaving directly after Wishes--it will probably be a madhouse at the bus stops at that time.

Have you thought about eating there before or after Illuminations instead? You could walk over to the hotel from the International Gateway and it would only take about 10 minutes.
