No, there won't be. And you probably won't be comfortable at Shulas in straight from the park clothes - its one of the few restaurants at Disney where that is true. (You can do it, but you might want to wear particularly nice park clothes).

Its probably a 20 minute walk. The boat, if it is right there, may be faster, but the lines for the boat leaving Fantasmic will be long - it can take 40 minutes to clear the boat line.

The walk from the DHS gate to Shula's can easily be done in 15 minutes. However, exiting Fantasmic and getting to the DHS gate may take another 15 minutes (or more), given all the people who are going to be heading in the same direction at the same time. I don't know how long Fantasmic is, but with these times in mind, a 9:00 ADR is probably pushing it a bit.

Well said, on all points.

The boat travel time is between 7-8 minutes from dock to S/D dock, if you were lucky enough to walk right on, and they leave with no delay. Probably not going to happen right after Fantasmic lets out.
The visit when I timed the walk, it was 13 minutes from DHS turnstiles to get past the BW clown slide pool, so 18-20 minutes to Shula's is a pretty fair estimate.
