What is the distance in inches between the floor of the resort room (POFQ in particular or any resort) and the bottom of the bed ?

Can a hard-sided suitcase fit under the bed ?
A bunch of water bottles ?

Please tell

We tried this in the royal room at POR this January and it wouldn't fit. We ended up putting our luggage on the chairs by the front door.

We are at French quarter now. I don’t have a way to measure the inches, but my normal sized suitcases fit easily under the bed. There is a lot of space under there

At POFQ, luggage definitely fits underneath since their refurbishment. It’s really nice to get the bags out of the way.

Some resorts, including some if not most or all rooms in All Star Sports, have beds on bases as opposed to on legs so it is not possible to put anything under those beds.

In May we had a king bed at FQ in a renovated room, not sure if that makes a difference. Our 28” hard sided suitcase fit under the bed.

For anyone reading this thread and have an upcoming Pop stay - There’s quite a bit of clearance between the floor and the bed at Pop as well since the refurb. Suitcases etc. fit easily under their beds.

Our large hard-sided suitcases fit under the beds at CSR!

Full size suitcases fit without a problem under the double bed in the FW cabins

any resort that has recently refurbished rooms (POFQ, POP, POR,CBR, ASMo, AKL, CSR + more) have room under the beds for suitcases and luggage. Keep in mind though, some of refurbishments and these resorts is still ongoing so not all the rooms are updated

Also keep in mind that while it's nice to have the storage room for your suitcase (because as others have posted, there is space under the bed for luggage - was just there in April), it raises the bed significantly. Those who are, shall we say, vertically challenged might find it difficult to actually get IN the bed. My poor (shorter) mom had to develop a system of 'plop and roll' in order to get into bed every night. She was glad dad hadn't joined us on this trip because she said there was no way should could have shared the bed with someone else and still been able to get in on her own.
