I have to agree with Lampskies and Buddy Bear and book directly with DCL and just make sure you do the early booking dates. That saved us $400 on our cruise and when I had to check or change anything on our reservation it was so easy to check the website or call them and get an answer right away. Of course will all the Dis people here, I didn't really have to call for much since you all have the answers!

I have definately learned a few things recently,

1. People on these DIS boards are wonderful, insightful and experts on all things Disney.

2. Try and work out frustration with travel agents with the company first, I feel I may have jumped the gun, so to speak. (my intention was pure though, I really just wanted reassurance that I had not offended the agent and that my experience was out of the norm)

3. Listen to the common experiences of DIS members...which have been overwhelmingly positive with AST

4. Give people the benefit of the doubt (not easy when you are an A type personality...but I am TRYING)

Thanks to all and my apologies to AST. They have proven themselves to be first rate.
