Disputing Credit Info

Question for you financial gurus.

I disputed some information on my credit report and they removed it. Do I need to contact the other two companies to have it removed as well?

Yes, you should contact the other two credit bureaus. They may or may not have the same information on there. I also believe they do not work "with each other" as in they don't share information. So if you've disputed it with one, that dispute doesn't get passed on to the other two. You will definitely need to do that yourself.

yes, but make sure it is on the report first and also OPT OUT.
