Disposable water camera question

Does anyone know if the expiration date says 04/09 is it still good? I have one left over from my last trip and since it just expired I wonder if I can still use it.

one dated a few months ago should be fine. I used one on my last vacation that was a year old and the pictures came out very grainy. I didn't expect that they would come out great because I knew it was expired, but I wouldn't wait that long again with one of those disposables.
