Disposable Ponchos

Anyone know where I can get small disposable ponchos? I'm going to Disney on Thursday and the forecast is rain! TIA

YES! Any Dollar Tree store will carry clear plastic rain ponchos in a 2-pack for $1!!! We're arriving on Friday the 16th, and I am going to stop at the Dollar Store on my way home tonight because I'm also worried about being prepared for rain.

Where are you staying? Perhaps I could do you a favor?
We'll be at Pop Century around noon on Friday.

Dollar Tree - my local store stocks them in "cosmetic/toiletry" part of the store. 2 ponchos in a bag for $1

Walmart - try the sporting goods section near the raingear - about .86cents each. **they did not have any stocked in the accessory dept where the umbrellas are - so, be sure to try sporting goods.

We got the 2 packs at the dollar store and they came in real handy at WDW last week! Better than paying $6 a piece for them at WDW

I get the rain ponchos (2 for $1) and put them in ziploc sandwich bags. Easily stored and transportable.

Putting them in Ziploc bags is a great idea! I usually end up buying a souvenier so I'll have the plastic bag to put wet ponchos in

Just be sure to hang them up to dry in your shower when you return to your hotel. I made the mistake of keeping wet ponchos in my backpack and they cooked in the warm sun for the next couple of days. When the rain began again & I pulled out the ponchos, they were unbearably stinky.

I just picked up 10 packs at the dollar store. I'm going to share with my sister & her family. Hopefully we won't need them!

Thanks for the tips on where to buy ponchos...we are leaving on Wednesday and I have been checking accuweather, noaa, and weather.com every day for the last 2 weeks! I cannot believe that so many showers are being predicted for the week when we will be in "sunny" Florida. I'm bummed.

Guess I will be heading to the dollar store and Walmart tomorrow in hopes of scoring big on some cheap ponchos...

This is a good one = I told DH about the potential rainy forcast and he says, "That's okay, Disney provides ponchos to everyone when it rains". LOL, sure they do, at $6 a pop!

Yes and they are clear so easy to spot your party in a sea of yellow ponchoes.(although sometimes Disney sells clear now too)We only needed ours one evening and I will hope the same for you!
