My friend and I are planning a long weekend in December... more to shop and enjoy the decorations - we've never been there this time of year! I just found out I'm pregnant and would like to know how your trips were if you went pregnant, and how far along were you? Thanks:-)

I went when I was 12 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. The week after we got home I had a Dr appt, and lost weight. The 1st and only time I lost weight while preg. We did so much walking, it was great. We took it slowly and enjoyed every minute there.
Congratulations, and have a great trip!

DW was pregnant ... 6 months when we wen in Jan.

She did great ... actually I had trouble keeping up with her.

We opened and closed a park each day.

Over the 4th of July 2003, we made our 6th trip (as a family). I was nearly 7 months pregnant!!! Even though I couldn't ride some of my favorite "wild" rides, it was one of our best trips. DH and I kept thinking/dreaming of bringing our little princess later on at some point and how she would react for the first time, blah, blah, blah (we knew she was a girl).

I felt just fine--in fact better than I had expected, despite the heat in July, but I did have a problem with swelling. The first day I wore gym shoes with socks and by the end of the night I felt the skin on my calves feeling "tight." When I bent down to rest, while waiting for the parade, I felt this weird tingling sensation throughout both legs. Later on, I saw I had red squiggly marks all up and down my legs--I looked diseased! I slept with my feet up on pillows each night, whiched help bring down the swelling each day, but I never fully recovered from that until I came home. The doctor said the red marks were broken blood vessels--the tingling I felt was them popping--EWWWW! Anyway, I did the best thing I could, she said, short of sitting down out of the heat.

And guess what? In just under 2 weeks, we will be bringing that little bundle to WDW for her 1st visit!!!!! She will be 3 on Sept. 25th. Enjoy this time while you are pregnant--make those memories. Time goes by WAY too fast!

:thumbsup2 :Pinkbounc

Congratulations and have a GREAT time!!!! :wave2:

He..He..He...Does it count if you got pregnant at Disney??? Adds a whole new meaning to "The Magic of Disney"! Was there last September and have a beautiful little boy named Shane!

My wife was 12 weeks pregnant w/ our third child. She avoided the thrill rides and was still having a teeny bit of morning sickeness - overall she did great!

6 mos with my third....well second pregnancy! In December is a great time to go! Not too hot, beautiful, sacred time to be carrying a child! Enjoy and eat all! I never gained with all the walking!!!

Was there March 05 at about 9 or 10 weeks with my second. Amazingly enough, even though I was pretty tired throughout my first trimester I was raring to go all day at Disney.

Have fun!
