Disneyworld.com vent

This happened yesterday, so I'm fine about it now. But I made a reservation for WDW directly through their website, and went there to make a payment and didn't see that option so I gave them a call. Calling them now is like calling your medical insurance. It's almost impossible to get a hold of a live person. "To make a new Disney reservation, press 1. For Disney dining, press 2. To make a payment, press 3. For information on the Disney resorts, press 4. If you think you're too good to stay at a value resort, press 5." Ok, so some sarcasm there on #5, (I'm just trying to be funny) but you get my point. I gave up trying to get a hold of someone, so I went ahead and made an automated payment.I would have preferred to talk to someone as I had some questions. Anyway, "vent" over. I keep thinking about my trip every day and am SOOOO excited about All Star Sports. My dream resort is the Polynesian, and I'll make that happen some day. But I think while my girls are young, they'll be perfectly happy with the value resorts, and so will I. Anything you Disers would like to vent about re: WDW??

I have always had the best luck getting a live CM right away by selecting or saying Cancel Reservation.

I agree, it's a nightmare to find out what you need.. I have no clue how people book some of these vague extras that you have to call for..

It also doesn't help that a ton of new discounts just came out so the lines are packed with travel agents and people making changes.

I usually just mumble something so the reservation system can't understand me and just puts me through because I don't understand why half of the questions matter. "Have you been to disney world within the past 5 years" doesn't seem like a relevant question in getting what i want.
