I have been going to DisneyWorld.com for a few months and in the "Help" section the "chat" has been disabled. Is it disabled for everyone? or just me? I'm curious.

Also I have been getting a lot of junk mail from tons of people. I think a company has accidently used my email as theirs, so that every time someone wants to unsubscribe from their list I get all the emails. So I'm thinking bout deleting my email because of it...but I have all my disneyworld stuff on there.

Is there a way to change your email preference on the website?

Yes. When you log in, go to the my account link. You can change your email addy there.
