Disneyworld.com problem

I was told I could view my reservation online if I put in my reservation number. When I go on the site it asks for my 12 digit confirmation number and telephone number and for some reason it won't accept my phone number - I've tried +44 etc and still nothing - anyone else have a similar problem in the UK?

This happened to me before too. I called CRO and was simply told "Oh, you can't view it then because you are international"

Call them to confirm.
