I ordered one too! I've been wanting one for weeks (since I first saw this thread) and mentioned to my dh that I wanted to get one for me to use in the parks for our December trip. I showed him and my kids (dd7 and dd4) the site and everyone had so much fun making a design. We ordered them last night! It's going to be a surprise for the girls. I told them we can't get them because we are saving our money for the trip. When we pack for the trip the night before we leave, we'll give them their bags so they can use them for carry ons.

We ordered:
dh-- navy blue with Goofy and his name in white
dd7-- lavendar with tink silhouette and her name in green
dd4-- pink with Pluto and her name in yellow
me-- royal blue with Mickey silhouette and my name in pink

I also ordered character t-shirts for the girls and I.
I can't wait until the order comes!!!

Got my lavendar bag w/ Mickey and white writing yesterday. LOVE it and well worth the inexpensive price! I'm particularly happy about the size. I was worried it would be too big but it definitely is the right size to carry all day! To those who are waiting for theirs, I don't think you'll be disappointed!

After reading about them on here I ordered 3 yesterday.

One for me with Pooh, one for DS with Pluto and DD of course got HSM. I figured they could use theirs for snacks and games on the car ride down there. I will use mine while we are in the park.

I can't wait until they come. DD has no idea I ordered them.

My DS really wanted orange and it was really hard to explain to him that even though the color was showing, I couldn't order it for him. He chose red with orange letters instead.

I ordered these yesterday for my Mom and I's trip!! I got one for her and one for me!

She got the red one and I ordered the lavendar one...both with the solid Mickey silhouette in black and our names.

There was a coupon for 25% off yesterday...april25 was the code..though it said it was only good yesterday.

I believe today there is a new code with 20% off. (April 20). Hope that helps.

Maybe they are running out because of all of us ordering at the same time.

Disney Shopping called me last week about my bag. I had to change something about my order. While talking to the lady I asked how long it would take to get ours, and she did mention that all of a sudden they had a bunch of orders for these messenger bags with personalization and how they were pretty busy.

I just laughed (to myself)...Hmm.... I wonder where all their orders were coming from.

I ordered 2. I really have to stay off these boards because I end up spending more money on unneccessary Disney-related items! Good thing they didn't have Stitch because I probably would have ordered DD a bag she doesn't need too.

I'm planning on using mine in the car. We drive from Iowa to WDW and the tiny bag I usually use for my stuff isn't working out. I need maps, books, pens, kleenex, snacks, flashlight, etc. I would love to use it in the parks but I really like my son's preschool backpack for that.

I also bought my husband one as a bag for school. I know it's smallish, but he's been teaching long enough that he doesn't carry a whole lot home any more. Plus, his school bag is falling apart after almost 10 years. I figure it's a good size for papers that need to be graded, etc. At least that was what my tape measure told me.

I ordered: red, classic Mickey, my initials in black block lettering (to match my Disney Crocs)

DH: navy, classic Mickey, last name in yellow block lettering

Of course, because I am chronically indecisive, I'm second-guessing my order! Maybe, I should have used my first name in white, should I have put our last name all in caps ...

I just got mine today..and wow! they are really nice. I was expecting the characters to be more of an iron on thing like on tshirts. I wasn't expecting them to actually embroider the character on the bag as well. I'm really glad I ordered one.

Just got mine delivered. These bags are a great size for the parks and I can't wait to see how many I see in the parks the 2nd week of June. My kids will to excited to do homework when they see theirs.

Got mine today! They are too cute; We got two in blue and three in Lavender; personalized w/ our favorite character and initials (I didn't want my kids in the park w/ their names printed for safety reasons). They seem to be good quality and are a great size! Thanks babypiglet!!!

Mine came yesterday. UPS man delivered when the rain was going sideways and the sirens were running. Brave man!

Lavendar with Minnie Mouse. She has a pale blue skirt and my monogram is close in color to her skirt. The bag may be a bit big for me but it'll work just fine.

Told SIL about so she's off to order one tonight. Are you keeping track of how many 'sold' babypiglet?

OK, to save me from reading all of the threads, can someone answer a couple of quick questions for me? Thanks!

1. Do these have one shoulder strap like a purse? I'm used to a sling style backpack, so not sure that I'd really like that. Of course, I carry the sling over one shoulder half the time anyways.

2. What size are these?

3. How do they fasten shut? Do they seem pretty secure?
