Hi, I've been lurking around here for months. I got my purple baggallini last week and my Mickey messenger bag should be delivered today. I have been ordering pins from an Ebay favorite seller. Thanks alot ya'll I'm going broke.

Oh, please advise which bag you prefer, I'm torn between the two of them as well!

Disney Shopping called me last week about my bag. I had to change something about my order. While talking to the lady I asked how long it would take to get ours, and she did mention that all of a sudden they had a bunch of orders for these messenger bags with personalization and how they were pretty busy.
I just laughed (to myself)...Hmm.... I wonder where all their orders were coming from.

That just makes me laugh. Who would have ever thought there would be a run on personalized messenger bags!

By the way, for the person that asked, I ordered mine on a Thurs., it shipped on Fri., and I got it the following Mon.

I just checked Disney Shopping and it looks like they are charging $5.00 for personalzation ON TOP of the $12.99 sales price for a total of $17.99 I wonder why they started that?

The baggallini is more comfortable worn around on your back like they show in the pictures. I prefer a bag that hangs to my left side. Wearing the baggalllini across my body hanging on the left, it doesn't hang right. (feels wierd) if you hang it across body to the right, it's fine. The Disney bag will hang across your body to the left or right comfortably and hits about the hip. I'm 5'7" if that helps. The baggallini falls a little higher. So I think I prefer the Disney bag. Hope this makes sense.

Woo I am glad I ordered mine Monday! Looks like I got in just before the price increase for the personalization. They must be SO busy, I hope I get mine before our DL trip on the 13th.

I got a blue one with Lightening McQueen and 'Buster' (Ds's nickname) for DS
and a pink one with Minnie and 'Mom' on it for me

wow, over 15,000 people have viewed this thread!!! Can you imagine them getting that many orders last week?? Thats why they started the personalization cost, because they can . Glad I got in on time too. Just got my email that it is shipped, yahoo!

I could just kick myself for waiting. I hate knowing I paid a little bit more just because I was slow. But I just couldn't make up my mind which I wanted and whether I was going to buy one for my friend. Since the bag ended up costing a bit more than I expected, I didn't order one for my friend but honestly, I'm sure once she sees me with my pink personalized minnie ears, minnie messenger bag, Disney lanyard full of pins, Mickey guest of honor badge and my minnie mouse socks, she will probably think I'm crazy!

I ordered mine on friday night, and I recieved a e-mail this morning saying it has shipped I also chose standard shipping.

Me too. I ordered mine during the day on Friday, and I received my e-mail this morning.

I guess when the lady I talked to said they were all of a sudden busy with these bags, she wasn't kidding. I checked too, and they are now charging $5.00 for the personalization. I hope another discount code comes out soon for those that didn't order yet.

I ordered my bag on Sunday afternoon and it has not shipped yet( it's Wed)!
I leave for WDW in 17 days-- of course I am counting!! and I hope it comes before we go!
Anyone care to report how quickly you got yours?-- I only chose standard shipping and ordered 1 t shirt and a head band-- both in stock!

I ordered my second set of bags last Wednesday or Thursday and they arrived yesterday. It does take a few days before shipping because they are a personalized item. Once I got my shipping info from them, both orders actually came a day earlier than was stated so that was nice!

Last night at about 8:00 EST, I got 4 small bags (red, pink, lavender and royal blue) and a large black one, all personalized before they started the extra charge.

I had been looking for the perfect Disney bag...though I didn't realize I needed one for every member of the family

I got my bags today!!! They are so nice and really cute. I think they will be really useful and easy to carry around Disney. I think they will carry all my stuff too.

One sad thing was on one of them the personalization was wrong. I called and they are sending out a new one and a UPS label to return the wrong one. She also told me that I wouldn't be charged the $5 personalization fee that she said started today.

My boys really liked them and now they want one too. Now I have to wait for the black bag to be back in stock and for a code for a discount.

Yesterday the $5.00 charge was there and today it is not. Crazy huh

I'm so glad I came back to this thread! I am not happy that I paid that $5 for the personalization yesterday so I called Disney this morning. I talked to a really nice cast member and ask her why they charged $5 bucks yesterday but today the personalization is free. She is going to get back to me after 11:00.

For anyone else that may have ordered yesterday, stay tuned and I'll let you all know what response I receive.
