All day long I've been trying to place an order. I fill my cart and then all of a sudden, it says that they are are temporarily closed because they are updating the site. So of course when I can get back in, my shopping cart is empty.

ME too!! I've been trying since last night. I finally broke down and called (even though I'll miss out on the ebates money back) and I've now been on hold for 21 minutes!!!

Yesterday this was happening to me, I logged in and then it stopped losing the items in the cart.

I got my order in! It took many tries but I finally was able to get my order submitted. Yea! 5 pairs of PJs, 2 princess dolls and the mickey head wreath!

I'm on hold now and have been on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes. The site will not let me login, either.

Yea, I kept trying to use the website instead of calling so it would post to my upromise account, it finally went through after lunch time. (Got 2 sets of the $55 luggage for Christmas gifts.) Keep trying...

I've been on hold almost 2 hours now. And when I got to the website, it locks my entire system up. I've had to reboot twice.
