Disneyshopping.com is a mess! Warning!

Apparently Disneyshopping.com is moving their warehouse from one state to another which is causing delays so the order I placed on July 26 JUST arrived today (8/12/11). OK I can understand there being a delay.....BUT

the packing slip only had 3 of the 6 items I purchased. Thank goodness I printed my receipt when I placed my order. I called and they did credit me for the items not sent. They said the items were LOST during the move and are no longer available!! I am very upset with them as I've never had an order take so long (not a big deal) but to send HALF of the order forcing me to call to find out why....not ok

I went online to check the status to see if there was some message on my order and it says my order HASN"T SHIPPED YET????? I called to straighten that out too and was told the .com site hasn't been updated yet....huh????

Anyone else having this problem? I've ordered from there SEVERAL times and never had so many problems with one order. Just a little disappointed....may wait a while until they finish moving and fix all the bugs before I order from them again. I was really looking forward to those items that I will now never receive.

So just an FYI (and a little vent) about my recent experience with Disneyshopping.com

i had the same problem.. slightly annoyed! we order july 15th and after 2 calls they finally put it on 3 day shipping.. which got it here last thursday (august 4)!


but low and behold i got a second order today.. they sent me two of EVERYTHING! i called to let them know, even though it was their mess up and they said just to keep it.. good customer service but i don't really need 2 of everything good thing my son's best friend is obsessed with toy story too!

yep they moved their warehouse from SC to TN and it's caused a lot of problems since, there are threads all over the internet talking about this issue

I'm glad I read this. I was going to place my order there tonight. I think I'll wait.
