I ordered some stuff last night and couldn't get any code to work. I tried freeship and collect- a different code. Nothing. I tried logging in- which seems to never be working- and of course it wouldn't let me at that time. Tried that several times and it never worked. Finally, I called the disney shopping number and of course, those codes could only be applied online. I love to order from them, but the system never seems to be working properly. Very frustrating!!!

Ionce argued with them on the phone that it was NOT my fault the system didn't work - and even though I can not order online they should honor the discount and take my order over the phone - they did.
But I am not going through all that again - I don't need ANYTHING that bad (dh would say i don't need anything)

Yep, I've argued with them before too and got the discounts applied- twice after the order had been placed. I decided last night it wasn't worth it. I had to have the Halloween stuff so I just ordered it and didn't get the discount. I had a long day yesterday and just didn't feel like dealing with it.

I tried to call twice last night. Once with a question about a product and once because I couldn't get a code to work. Both times the women on the phone acted like I was inconveniencing them and one was down right rude. I never did get help with the code being applied.

On the website it says that the Stitch lamp has a chemical that is known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. I finally found out there is trace amounts of lead in the lamp. There are several other lamps on the website that have the same disclaimer. I thought I'd post it since it doesn't say anything about it in the catalogue. No Stitch lamp for my son.

Well, not to sound dumb here, but how would the lead me dangerous, only by putting it mouth? Or can just breathing in, be dangerous too?? I liked the Mickey& Minnie water fountain, but that too had that warning, and not sure what to do. Why can't they make it, without this chemical??

Lead dust can be harmful if inhaled. I think it is mostly tiny particles of paint that has chipped off in the air. I don't know if you could get small amounts of the paint on your hands when you touch it. It does say "trace amounts" of the lead. I can't really tell you how dangerous it would be. I don't want to take any chances with my 9 year old son though.

I had put some stuff in my cart several days ago and went to pay and tried the code too. When I went to mousesavers I saw that all the free shipping offers ended with the FREESHIP50 ending on the 12th. I am hoping another one comes up, I got Peter Pan, Pocohontas, Stitch and Bullseye during the sale last week with freeship and great discounts and got the freeship. They came yesterday. The Stitch and Bulleye are so awesome and stitch sale price brought it to just a little over 11bucks!!! My ds3 is going to be such a cutie in it- he is such a little alien! Good luck with the codes.
