Disneyshopping.com anyone ever return?

did anyone ever return items to disney shopping . com?
I orderd the wrong size flip flops and have no use for these sizes...:surfweb:
How big of a pain is it?pixiedust:
 
None whatsoever. I return some clearance shorts that I brought for my kids. I had my refund within 7 days.
 
Super easy returns at Disney.shopping! I returned several women's shirts---they were more sized for my pre-teen niece! I sent them back no problem and was refunded the money within a week.
 
You can return the disneyshopping items to a Disney Store too. I did that before. Just bring the packing list with you and they will give you a refund.

It sure does. I've done it twice. I actually read it on the packing slip or website b/c I didn't think they did either.

Here it is from the disneyshopping website:

"Returns or exchanges can be made in any US Disney Store location, excluding Personalized Items, Art, Collectibles, Mirrors, Electronics, and Indoor and Outdoor Furniture. All returns must have the original packing slip/receipt with the merchandise to be returned or exchanged

Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective."

I'm sure they are great for returns because of the customer's error, but they are awful for returns when it's THEIR error. Like, say, having bathing suits sized 2 sizes too big, even when the customer goes to the trouble to measure herself (horrors!) and order the exact size the chart tells her too. No matter what I did, I still had to pay for the return shipping, and they had to charge me for the replacement and wait for the refund of the return. Argh.

Since you won't be expecting them to pay your return shipping costs, you won't be disappointed when they don't!
 
Last fall I returned a costume and got the exchange all within a week. I was surprised how quickly they processed everything.

A couple of years ago I ordered a Ladies Medium polo shirt ($10), but what I received was a Medium children's polo. Even the outside of the bag said Ladies Medium, but the shirt tag said Children's Medium. I called and would hold for over an hour (did it 3x) and would finally hang up in frustration; I e-mailed them (2x) and got stupid canned responses that made no sense. I finally just gave up and gave it to my son. BUT, I will never use them again because of it. I won't even go to their website anymore so I won't be tempted. :rolleyes1 Horrible, horrible customer service. :mad: (But, I do love my red Mickey luggage I got at the same time:cutie: )
 
YMMV when returning Disneyshopping.com items to the local Disney Store - my store will only take clothes and toys or the same exact items they carry... they say everything else has to be mailed back to disneyshopping.com.... I went around and around with them showed them the policy etc and got nowhere talked to both managers and they said that it was the word from corporate
 
I returned some Christmas decorations to our local Disney Store no problem. I really wanted it, but it was broken and we tried for days to get the online to answer the phone, but couldn't, gave up and returned. We actually returned several times during the Christmas season. There are some limits of things theywill not take back. You'll have to check on their website, but most likely home/furniture and collectibles, but not positive.

You must have ordered the same swim suit I did. I ordered last year at the end of summer on clearance and couldn't believe how big it was. I didn't expect them to pay my return shipping. But, I was worried that they would run out of the right size before I could get mine, but I did get the right size eventually.
