I placed an order on May 9- paid via paypal and have not received items yet.
i am freaking out because I cannot find the email from them and when i try to contact them it comes back as "FAILED"
ANyone have contact info for them or any insight???

Are you using reply to the message you got, many times those are set up to not work. Try using the email on the website under the email us button. admin@disneyscrapper.com

No, I am using to same email that you posted! I even copied and pasted it from the website!!

I have never had a problem with this site. I believe there is an email link at the top of the page. If you click it the email box should come up. I have always gotten ahold of her this way. Can I ask what you purchased? I always get my items very quickly unless they are a Pre Order.

I just got an order from them last week. I ordered it on the Sat. before Mothers Day and received it later that week.

I too have never had a problem. I ordered a couple weeks ago, but I ordered some of the May stuff. Just got another email from her today saying that Creative Imaginations stuff may be a couple days late due to weather/transportation issues, but that she would get the orders out as soon as the items arrived.

Did you pre-order? Did you use paypal or a card to pay? Either way, she should be able to track down your order by your email address. PM me with the email address you used and what you ordered if you are still having trouble contacting her. She & I have had extensive email conversations (as I am one of those people who has to be the first on my block with the new Disney merchandise)!
