Well it's been a week since we've been home and I'm still sad
I'm not sure if there is a list anywhere with room numbers and confirmed views, but we had 6020 (bunk beds with woods view) and had a wonderful view of the fireworks at night!
The construction was barely noticeable in terms of the scaffolding - it was over the front of the lodge and the end of the wing to the left side of the pool. The only time we even noticed it was the noise (jackhammering) when we were walking to and from the boats.
The boat service was top notch. I don't think we ever waited more than five minutes for one and it definitely made coming back from MK an enjoyable end to the night. The buses were pretty good as well. The only bus complaint we have was the that the bus to AK seemed to make such a long trip. And it stopped by CR first. (Which if I was paying the $$ to stay at CR and had to share a bus anywhere, I'd be irritated.) The only time we ever waited for a bus was the return from HS. It started to rain and the bus pulled away right as we were walking up to the stop. It was okay though as we just stayed under the shelter and remained dry.
We were there for 24 hour event and had FP+ to see Anna & Elsa at 6:20 a.m. and got there with plenty of time. We also had pre-park ADRs for Crystal Palace at MK and H&V at HS and again, had no trouble at all getting there in plenty of time for both those events using the bus.
The Lodge was amazing, the staff and mousekeeping did such a great job of making the visit so enjoyable. I miss it!!!!
