I'd like to know also! Will be staying at Copper Creek in early December.

I just read in another thread... Christmas decorations went up overnight at the Lodge! 😊

I am excited for all who will experience the magic of the Lodge at Christmas this year.. i’m missing it for the first time in forever this year due to a mandatory 14 day quarantine when i’d arrive back home.

But... already planned for December 2021!!

I’m at Boulder Ridge this week and can confirm, the tree is up!
I noticed from pictures NO garland inside and above Whispering Canyon. Can you keep us updated this week to see if they install more or if this is it this year

thanks

Is the boat running to Wilderness Lodge from MK? Heading down next week and have an ADR at Whispering Canyon. Thanks!

Yes the boat is running. We were told by front desk it starts 45 minutes before park opening (which was 9am for us on a Tuesday and Wednesday).

We arrived at the dock around 8am...already one family in line in front of us. By 8:30am the line stretched out quite a bit...and boat didn't show up until about 8:45am and not everybody could get on that one.

Are they running the bigger boat that can handle wheelchairs and ECV's?

thanks

Looks like that’s missing because that side is screened off for construction/refurb. The other balconies have garland as well as the lobby bridge. And there are several smaller trees throughout the lobby and shop as well.

Yes, when I was there last week they had one boat that can handle ECVs and wheelchairs and one that cannot, so you may get lucky or you may have to wait for the next boat depending. And no ramp! The cast member told me to just drive it right onto the boat.

Curious as the whether WDW will employ any crowd control at WL this year. Last year every year I’m sure) it was packed at Christmas with people coming just to see the tree and hang out in the lobby.

With Disney limiting vehicle access to guests that have an ADR that limits guests to social distanced boats or buses.

I would think that there will be less people in the lobby in general since only Copper Creek and Boulder Ridge are open.

From the videos I watched so far a couple have mentioned no Christmas music yet? Anyone there confirm?

Seems a little odd no music with all the decorations up.
