Disney's Very Merry Christmas Songs

I found a Disney Sing-Along Songs tape called Disney's Very Merry Christmas Songs and it originally came out in 1988 and it features Disney characters singing traditional Christmas songs and the former Disneyland Very Merry Christmas Parade can be seen in the song Here Comes Santa Claus with Larry Groce. Is this tape rare because I know they released it on DVD and is it one of the first holiday Sing-Along Songs tapes made in history?

I have it on VHS and DVD, I just don’t have a player for either one anymore.
