Disney's Sleeping Beauty - a question (if you remember)

In the scene where King Stefan and the other King (Phillip's father) are getting drunk, what were they singing? A word that begins with "S". Never heard the word before...something like "Scomps?" Sconce? They keep saying it over and over.

They are saying 'Scumps'....now I am trying to google why they are saying it.

Thanks Briar! From what I've "yahoo'ed" so far it seems like "Scomps" is a beer drinking song and a toast. I think you say it when you toast something.

Ah! Scomps! I was misspelling it.

'Cheers' makes sense. They were drinking quite a bit of ale or whatever it was.
