Disney's Shows for Kids

Last January, we were at DLR and we saw the Jedi training show. Everyone enjoyed the show. Now, my DS (age 6) is moderately autistic and is limited in communication. I know that he would love to participate, but realistically he would not be able without assistance from me or mom. Does anyone know if Disney allows them to participate with assistance? Also I don’t just mean the Jedi show, as there are a lot of shows or events that allow children to participate in. We really don’t go to them much because I don’t know how to react if he is chosen. Let me know if anyone has any answers or experiences. Thanks a lot.
 
I have heard of people being able to assist in such situations, just be sure to let least one of the CMs that are there for crowd control know when you get there, they can let those that pick the kids know so that proper acoomodation could be made.
