Disney's Premier Visa from Chase?

I was logging in to my Disney Visa account and noticed that they now have a "Premier" Disney card. Does anyone have this? There is a $49 annual fee, which I already pay on my JetBlue card to use towards free flights, so I'm not sure I 'need' the newer version.

I'm wondering if I should upgrade or not....

Any thoughts?
